Close board panel fencing is a popular and long lasting wooden screen fence constructed from pre-fabricated panels and offers both privacy and security. It is best constructed with concrete gravel boards below and fitted between slotted concrete posts to ensure maximum lifespan.

Gravel boards are 50mm thick and available in heights of 150mm or 300mm with the latter recommended when there is a difference in ground level when it can act as a mini retaining wall.

We also offer a choice of standard faced boards or brick pattern boards for the side of the 300 mm gravel boards only.

Our standard close board fencing panels are 1.83m long maximum and up to 1.85m high and are constructed using 22mm x 100mm horizontal rails and 22mm x 50mm vertical rails made to a high quality and clad with featheredge boards with capping along the top.

Panels are made using 2 horizontal rails on panels up to 1.22m high and 3 rails for taller panels.
